Personal License Agreement for Digital Artwork

Personal License Terms and Conditions

This Personal License grants the purchaser limited rights to use the copyrighted digital artwork created by Sharlotte Andrus under the following terms and conditions:

Permitted Uses

• Personal, Non-Commercial Use Only:

  • The artwork may be used for personal purposes, such as:

    • Displaying the artwork on personal devices (e.g., phones, tablets, desktops).

    • Printing the artwork for personal enjoyment (e.g., home decor, gifts for friends and family).

  • Inclusion in non-commercial personal projects, such as scrapbooks or private presentations.

Prohibited Uses

• Resale and Redistribution:

  • You may not sell, share, or distribute the artwork in any form, including digitally or as physical prints.

• Modification and Derivative Works:

  • You may not modify, edit, or create derivative works from the artwork without explicit written permission from the artist.

• Commercial Use:

  • The artwork may not be used for any purpose that generates income, including but not limited to advertisements, product designs, or business branding.

• Public Distribution:

  • You may not upload, share, or display the artwork on public platforms (e.g., websites, social media, or file-sharing services) without proper credit and prior written consent from the artist.

Copyright and Ownership

• The artist, Sharlotte Andrus, retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork.

• Purchasing this license does not transfer ownership of the artwork to the purchaser.

License Term

• This license is perpetual and non-exclusive. You may use the artwork indefinitely under the terms outlined here, but the same artwork may be sold to others under similar terms.
