Limited Public License Terms and Conditions
This Limited Public License grants the purchaser limited rights to use the copyrighted digital artwork created by Sharlotte Andrus under the following terms and conditions:
Permitted Uses
Non-Commercial Public Use:
You may display the artwork publicly for non-commercial purposes, such as:
Posting on personal or non-profit social media accounts, blogs, or websites.
Using the artwork in non-commercial presentations or educational materials.
Proper attribution is required for all public uses (see "Attribution Requirements" below).
Attribution Requirements
When displaying the artwork publicly, you must include the following attribution:
"Artwork by Sharlotte Andrus. Used with permission. Visit sharlotteandrus.art for more."
The attribution must be clearly visible and placed near the artwork (e.g., in a caption or credits section).
Prohibited Uses
Commercial Use:
The artwork may not be used for any purpose intended to generate income, including advertisements, branding, or resale.

Copyright and Ownership
Sharlotte Andrus retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to the artwork.
Purchasing this license does not transfer ownership of the artwork to the purchaser.
License Term
This license is perpetual and non-exclusive. You may use the artwork under the terms outlined here, but the same artwork may be licensed to others under similar terms.
